My Ea sports Triple Play 2001 game freezes on a loading screen. I went to a used game store and purchased the same game, thinking that mine was just scratched, and it did the same thing. Then, I purchased a new PS2 console. Now my 2 Triple Play 2001 games freeze on a different loading screen. Any suggestions?

That shouldn't be normal. They should all have some form of manual but it's been years since I have purchased an EA game. But just because a game is packaged and sealed, it doesn't mean a store doesn't have the means to do its own packaging in the back. You should be able to complain to the store or email EA regarding this issue. If EA says they do include manuals, then the store from where you purchased the game might be selling used as new or something else sinister ;)
I have the same problem with most of the EA sports games, and here's the solution. Stop buying these $60 drink coasters that EA has the balls to keep dishing out to us, and they'll either go under, or spend some time on their turds for a change. Some of the things that happen in their sports titles make me wonder if the French-Canadian A-holes have ever even seen a game or a race, for that matter. Anyway, the only way to stop the freezing is to do what I do.....throw them in the trash where they belong, and stop purchasing them.
