From the service manual:

Most likely cause is a failed drum heater. The head to drum gap
should only be checked or adjusted on the Phaser 840. The
Phaser 850, 860, and 8200 have a pre-adjusted head.

In other words, you need to replace the drum heater.

On the 8560, what does the error code 07,010.43:14070 mean??

Hi,
In the Xerox support website that error indicates that the printer needs to be turned off and call for xerox assistance. Does not specify the problem.

Although, this website refers to this problem.

http://www.fortwayneprinterrepair.com/wordpress/2011/09/25/xerox-phaser-8400-8500-8550-8560-07010-43-error-message/

If the printer has only one year old, the best solution will be to call for xerox assistance because it is under warranty.... I think...

Xerox phaser 6180 mfp error code 133-290

Before attempting to resolve the error 133. -290, print a copy of the configuration report on the copier / fax. Use the navigation on the front panel to access the configuration menu to get the impression. Review printing to make sure it understands the network settings. This is a protection against configuration settings being lost when you troubleshoot.
Clearing Memory reset the memory of the Xerox Phaser 6180MFP, Dell 3110cn or Dell Machine 3115cn to erase the stored contents and eliminate corrupted data. Disconnect the analog line and power cord from the printer. Wait at least 10 minutes. Then reconnect the analog line and the power cord. As the machine starts, press the "All Clear" "Stop" buttons to prevent automatic printing of the status page. Check the error display panel 133 to 290 times the machine is fully initialized.

Error code in Phaser 8550 window. ?:07,010.43:1362

The exact explanation per xerox is " The Printhead is stuck in the tilted position, and is not able to tile forward to the print position, due to problems.

This is usually caused by broken printhead restraints, of the machine got shut off in the middle of warming up, and the printhead is stuck to the cap wipe assembly.

Regardless the machines covers will have to be taken off to go any further.

Phaser 8550 printer fault 37,008.44:25860

This is a pre heater error.

I would make sure the printer is connected directly into the wall and not into a power strip or UPC as these devices may create momentary AC voltage sags that could cause this error. If power levels going into the printer are good, you will need to contact Xerox for support

Phaser 4510 claims repeated paper jams

The fuser exit sensor had an updated version for that model (old model has a "bounce" problem). Xerox gives a 1 year warranty..I would get them out to fix it pronto !

It is also helpful to have the error code. Press the i button while the printer has the jam message on the front panel. Use the fault code to locate where the jam actually is. (This will help the technician greatly ! )

I have error code 07,010.43:41518 What does it mean?

That is caused by the print head not pivoting from home to print position.
Here are the probabilities.
1. The staineless steel pivot block, that the print drive shaft goes through has had some, most likely yellow ink seeping into it and had made it slow to move back and forth. That is the most likely issue.
2.The machine was unplugged or there was a power failure and the print head wiper blade has tacked to the print head.
3. The cables to the print head are hanging up not allowing free movement of the print head.
4. The Media path motor geat chain is out of timing. That is unlikely, but a possible cause.
The easiest way to prevent that code is to make sure the printer is level front to back and side to side.
Also, the print head is possibly bad.print head, but unlikely.

Phaser 860 error code 07.003.45:116163

It is a print head tilt error.
Most likely ink is in the stainless steel pivot block at the bottom of the print head.
Also the printer could have been unplugged and the cleaning blade is stuck to the print head.
Or a cable is binding the print head movement.
