Pls change the RAM and see if it helps i think main culprit is RAM if u have 2 chips try one at a time and tell me if u get display
Check the fsb on your proccessor and make sure you are useing compatible ram. According to the instruction manual 533mhz fsb processor won't work with 400mhz ram.
Get a video card and install it in one of the PCI or AGP slots and see if the MB will boot up. The onboard video may be bad and a replacement video card may get it up and running again.
Try disconnecting all devices from the MB except the video card.
Remove power from all the drives....remove all pci cards...etc
Then try to boot again...if the PC will not boot after that the MB is likely bad....
You can also try to check the power supply voltages....

Test your PSU or replace it if your power supply units fan

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or
to shutdown or fail to detect/ boot up a computer hard drive
Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including
electrical extensions,IDE,SATA
the leads from your
"((motherboard to your hard drive))" make sure they have a secure connection and
are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty
make sure all leads that
are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections
and are not faulty even the electrical extensions or just replace them they could
be faulty a computer
needs its connections to continue its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads
will end up with a computer error hope this helps
