Looking at the parts exploded view for this make and model all the shelves in both the freezer and refridgerator side are either on rails or the fixed shelves hook into standards in the rear.
If its a fixed shelf lift the shelf and pull it forward. The rails seem to have a single screw towards the rear and from what I can see a hook that fita a slot in the front.

Ice dispenser flap will not close tight and the lever to engage dispenser works very hard. Kitchenaid side by side refrigerator model KSRS25F & KSRB25F both numbers on inside refrig door.
