depending on what chair you have the cheapest option is to try and get a generic replacement, search eBay for "wheelchair arm rest" they start from around 10 UK pounds or you might be able to find one from the same make and model.
if not then you need to search the web for the make and model of chair you have followed by "parts arm rest" so if you have a pride jazzy 1121 you would search google for "pride jazzy 1121 parts arm rest" that should point you to a replacment, if no joy there another option is to contact the makers, again search for maker to find contact info, or look for a dealer that sells the make of chair you have.
if this helps please click "yes" to let others know.
'Vlingo' is one of my favorite iPhone applications. Vlingo is a voice-powered search tool for your iPhone. You can look for a particular contact or song, look up and map local listings, do a web search, and send status updates for your Facebook or Twitter accounts
Just search google and you'll find dozens of apps. One app that I really like is White Pages Mobile. This application allows you to search for people and businesses. Search for individuals and automatically add their information to your iPhone's contacts. You can also do a reverse phone lookup, which allows you to get a person's name based on their phone number. The application also includes maps and dierections.
Basically, if this is the case you take your device back to the shop. If you need a solution before then though, search in google for 'iPhone firware 2g 2.2.2'. This firmware should support calls. Download the IPSW. Simply put you r phone into DFU mode (you can google how to do this). Then connect your phone to your PC. Then open iTunes. Click on the tab "*****'s Iphone". You should see the 'Restore' button. Click this WHILST HOLDING DOWN "SHIFT" (on the keyboard). Then a file browser should appear. Select the previously downloaded IPSW, and iTunes should do the rest. Simples :)
