Windows Media player Doesnt Detect It
Make sure your audio files are MP3 or Unprotected WMA files, thats all this unit reads. If you use ITUNES or copyrighted music, it will not play it.
It's probably just the mp3 player's malfunctioning on you...something must have happened during shipping and handling to the store you got it from.
Coby MP-C827 MP3 Player
Windows XP is plug and play, so it doesnt require any drivers on Coby's end. You need to do Windows Update to update your drive package, it seems you are missing the USB MASS STORAGE device driver.
Help bought @ a thift store
Probably not! Xp will see it! 98 needs drivers. Get em at Coby Electronics. Search for your mp3, it is there...Mp-cXXX Manual and drivers are there too!
I wish I had a solution but I'm currently having that problem. I was hoping to find some answers here.
if you have windows xp or better, you dont need it, just plug it in
