Question about Brother MFC-620CN All-In-One InkJet Printer

Printer my brother mfc-620cn printer is printing backwards on the paper wat should in do, if u had a see threw paper you would see it better on that side

Check all of the settings for your printer and make sure everything is set like it should be. Uninstall the drivers for it and install drivers correctly and possibly from a different site than you previously used.

Hos to clear the printer queue in a Brother MFC 620 CN printer

Not sure what version of windows you have but this should work.

First remove the paper tray so it stops printing. Click start and chose control panel, go into the printer section. Locate the brother, you should be able to see how many documents are in queue. Right click the brother and chose cancel all documents.

if you go to the www.brother.com site, and look under downloads, by model number, one of the options should be to get a print management s/w package. it's a nice utility for maintenance

A service partner has to adjust the printhead by special software. This cant be done by user. After adjustment the printing quality will be as good as brand new.
