Main screen frozen

Everytime I turn on my sanDisk sansa e260. The main screen just stays there for the longest frozen. Any help?

Get a refund say it scewed on ya iv'e tried evry single thing i can do and every thing there is to do but nothing worked this is the option so do what i told ya get a refund you'll get your cash back or a new one or a new bettar model cause that one screwd on ya and it was their fault. hope this is helpfull. from helpfull anime

Sandisk e260 froze after power up.

sounds like a firmware program problem and will have to be replaced. You could download an updated firmware but you will have to get a pc connection. 
After your device is plugged in, are you able to go to  "my computer" and see a drive folder that has your device on it.

When i start up my SanDisk Sansa E260 it starts then resets

I had the same problem when I connected to the computer. So I used my friends Labtop definite 2.0 usb. Did you try to update your sansa click on link and download install run connect sansa when asked.

Load main image failed

You can try to reset the device by pressing the power button for about 15 to 20 seconds..if that doesnt work I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware

Screen fades out whenever i choose a song

Software corrupt. Try finding out how to install it again or update firmware. If you cant, get another brand. THey like cheap, stop trying to ressurect the dead

Problem with sansa e260

that happens to me too. i think the problem is that your computer can't like, sense that it's plugged in, so your battery's dying out, and the computer wont charge it
