Definitely on your laptop could be one of the two problems:
1. your operating system is NOT COMPATIBLE with the ET 5939GB driver
2. your ET 5939GB driver is missing/or is outdated.

For the FIRST SITUATION make sure the webcam is designed to work on a 32 bit/or a 64 bit system. If not, there's not much to do about it... unfortunately!

Une fois que là, cliquent sur dessus "Service et soutien", puis "Pilotes", puis "Drivers (Pilotes)" -> "Konica Drivers (Pilotes)" -> "Black and White Print Systems", et vous devriez pouvoir trouver 7410 dans la liste.
