I work at a hotel that supplies wireless internet. The problem is that it acknowledges the wireless network but never connects. I know the acer is suppose to have wireless capabilities, however, it can never diagnose the reason of why it cannot connect. It always reads "cannont diagnose because of unknown reasons." Should I take it back or are all the acers this way?
Hi here is a tutorial how to connect up.. support.microsoft.com/kb/314897 One has to ensure that the wifi settings are all the same.. also the Logon & password must be entered as well as any WAP encrytion that maybe used.. It is a good idea to ask the person who administrates the WiFi at the hotel for the setting so you can access and logon to their network.
