No power on RCA p60921

TV was on and the power went out for an hour or so. When the power came back on, the TV won't turn on. I checked the fuse (5MF5A125V) and it looked good. I replaced with 5A 125V fuse (but it isn't a fast blow that I got at Home Depot) and it still won't come back on. Any ideas?

Philips tv 43pp92 0217 won't power on, Home Depot tested the fuse and said it was good. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My T.V. doesn't power on, I shut it off and never came back on. put new fuse in, don't know what else to check. If anybody has had this problem please let me know what to check. thank you Brian Haines.

Replace the Power Supply switching transistor, If a CTC195 chassis it is the Q14101. Cost about $8.00 for part if you can do it.

Tranformer is the power supply unit follow the cord in you cannot miss it. The number is stamped on that transformer I do not have the P/n in frount of me to tell you but, you should be able to contact the manufacture for the number.

RCA Projection TV Model P60925BL. Has sound but lamps don't turn. Chassis model PTK195LC

i went into setup option and the dvd player disconnected and I can't figure out how to get it working on the tv again. dvd is connected to video 1 on the dvd player and channel 3 on the tv ????

My rca 32" flat panel tv model l32wd22 won"t turn on

i have a l32wd22 rca -----went out -- the plug from the power cord to the power supply [ a two prong jack on the side of power supply was loose]
i bent the pins slightly then plug it back in and also taped it in place---now it works fine

could be the flyback as some eat them depends on how old it is, and what model it is be more specific. also possible high voltage divider box

Chassis no PTK195MT

This part is called the flyback transformer and is part # 239111 at a cost of $68.99 from tritronicsinc.com. You can replace the transformer. It sounds like it developed a short internally. There may be other parts that were effected as well. If you are not comfortable working inside hte set, expect a service call to run about $100 for parts plus hte local labor rate.

RCA 60" projection tv Turns on and starts flipping channels by it self

replace the keyboard or remove the switches for channel up/down to see which one is bad. if neither does it, there are some components around the microprocessor that can cause this.
