if 2 lines appeared just after you changed the tv's position, then I'm thinking that the pressure from the floor is the cause of the issue. Are you using the type of tv stand advised by Samsung or just placing the base of the tv (almost) directly on the floor ? If you don't have a stand, you might need to get one in order to overcome your issue. If I'm correct, hanging your tv again should help temporarily overcome the issue.
