Information for security port security setting

Not sure I understand. If you open the network settings you should see all port information listed.

Select your Outlook version and follow the instructions to change your Outlook account settings:

1. In Outlook 2013, click on theFilemenu, and then clickAdd Account.

   9. Leave theRequire logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)check box unchecked.
   10. ClickMore Settings.
   11. Click theOutgoing Servertab, and then click to select theMy outgoing server (SMTP) requires authenticationcheck box.
   12. Click theAdvancedtab, and then click to select theThis server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)check box underIncoming Server (POP3).
       NoteTheIncoming Server (POP3)box should be set to port 995.
   13. SelectTLSforUse the following type of encrypted connectionunderOutgoing server (SMTP), and then clickOK.
       NoteTheOutgoing Server (SMTP)box should be set to port 25. If port 25 is blocked in the network or by your ISP, you can set SMTP port to 587.
5. On the right side of the POP and IMAP Account Settings screen, clickTest Account Settings.
   
   If you do not receive errors, your email account is set up correctly. Go to step 6.
   
   If you receive an error, make sure that you have entered all the information correctly, and then clickTest Account Settingsagain. If all the information is correct and you continue to receive errors, go to the "Next Steps" section for more help.
6. ClickNext, and then clickFinish.

Yahoo games use TCP Port 11999 for communication.
Case 1: (If the security settings on the router is blocking)
Kindly forward this TCP port number 11999 on your router to your computer's private ip address.

Case 2: (If the personal firewall in your computer is blocking)
Kindly check the documentation of your personal firewall how to define exception for this traffic.

you are trying to connect to the VPN client.
Which VPN software you are using ?
To connect to the VPN , you will need to trigger ports on the router.
open the set up page of the router and trigger the ports on the router. The port numbers will be. 1723 , 10000-20000 , 443-447 , 500. Also reduce the MTU settings to 1365.
Disable the Block Internet request, you will find this option under security tab.
Make sure that the firmware of the router is up to date.

you need to supply more information. there are settings to control this feature but i would need to know information on your system like model number and how you have it hooked to the internet. web monitoring normally uses port 80, so if your hooked to a router you need to open that port to allow it to flow threw to the ip of the machine with the dvr card installed. if your not experienced with setting up networks or changing settings you will have a difficult time but i will try and help.

Are you on dial-up, broadband or ? Who is your internet provider? It could be as simple as asking your provider what ports they use for email. Most use port 25 to send and 110 to recieve, but some use different settings for security reasons. It could be the way you enter your account information into the email program. To help you, we need much more information.

Your best bet is probably calling your internet provider and asking tech support for the settings for whichever mail program you are using, or even email their tech support. Some providers even have live chat...(for free)
