Xerox workcentre xd120f laser b/w printer

When printing from the computer, Clicking starts from the printer before printing starts.

Xerox discontinued support services of the xd120f as of December 29, 2006. There are no plans to develop Vista or win 7 drivers for these products.

You could use a program like virtual box - http://www.virtualbox.org to create a virtual Windows XP machine; install Windows XP on a seperate partition or install the printer on another PC in your house with XP and share the printer resource across the network.

you need to check all consumable parts, pick up roller , guide roller, and break pad.

The rollers are either dirty , or most likely worn out and need to be replaced. They are not hard to replace, but humidity is not the problem, the condtion of the rollers is the problem. Try cleaning them with something like fantastic or formula 109, then clean again with alcohol.
They become slick and will not feed paper. You can google a business called The Parts Drop, they carry about everything for Xerox copiers.

There is not a Vista driver for that product

You have either dirty or worn out feed tires. Try taking a cleaner like fantastic, formula 409 etc and clean them well.
If you need , google a business called " the parts drop". Give them a call and talk to Britt or Joe. They will have those at a fair price.
I don't work there, but have not found a better Xerox parts dealer anywhere.

The small scanner glass (not the full size glass) has some dirt on it. Use a lint-free cloth (not paper) with alcohol or Windex and clean the glass. This should help.
