We have installed the software for the cellphone and everything is working except that we are denied access to the cellphone memory card. All other areas are accessible bar that one. I have checked that card for a protection tab and it doesnt seem to have one. Any suggestions appreciated.

You didn.t mention if you have the software installed that is needed to access the phone via usb cable. Motorolla,.LG, Nokia and all the phones I have dealt with use their own proprietary software usually available from their respective web sites. The USB cable won't work without the phones software
download the k1 software for your cell phone get the usb cable then connect the cellphone to the computer then install the software and it will format everything. i hope it helps

easier way to transfer these to comp is via bluethooth.
get a bluetooth dongle from an electronics shop, load it to your comp, pair phone to comp and then simply send via bluetooth from the phone to the comp.
No messy cables and works with all bluetooth phones ( ie not brand specific )
you might should see if you can totally wipe the cingular software off your V3 and see about putting t-mobile software on replaceing it. to do this you'll need a usb 2.0 cable to hook it up 2 your computer and some software, sorry but not sure where to get the software.You may also want to see if your provider can fix the problem through your account they may not have your internet turned on correctly through them etc.
