Black Screen Phone is only 1 week old. Motorola sent it as a replacement. Worked with my t-mobile sim for about 4 days. Both screens went black. Definitely NOT water damage. Phone continued to work (receive or send calls)but screens black. Now, keypad lites up then cycles on & off about every 15 seconds. Tried the earlier suggested fix #* and on--Nothing.
Is it possible that the phone needs to be recognized by t-mobile?

Either your flex cable is broken or came loose. Is the top left hinge button still intact? Is it loose at the hinge? You will need a Torx 4 screwdriver to take the LCD screen apart to check the flex cable inside.
