First Option:
Please change Phone in the Other Sim and check the Phone Sinal IF Signal Problem not SOlved So
Secnd Option:
Your Phone Network Signal IC Fault SO Please change Network IC
And Signal Problem will Solved Quickly
Go to seting-phone setting-network, Choice search network manual.if show all operator the damaged are on PA (transmition IC).but if no operator found the damaged could be on antena or RF IC(as a receiver network)

if it is new mob then takr it to the shop where u bought it and if it is 2nd hand mobile yhan u have to repair it becausr the network ic of the mobile is gonr it needs to change.
1.Sometime due to bad antena, the signal receiving power goes bad, to confirm this, try another sim card in ur handset.So go to service centre to repaire or change the antena of ur handset.
2. Select network manually.
3.Try once ur sim card in diffrent area and in diffrent handset.
