Try to Repair your Operating System using Bootable CD. Your all files and Saved Data will be safe and will not harm by repairing step. Which Operating System you have on your Computer? Windows or Linux?

When you go to add/remove programs and click on Microsoft Money does it give you an option to repair? Or perhaps you can do a system restore back to the last occurrence when MM2K5 worked.
Hope you didn't finish download or install your programe properly so it remind you to upload or update your programe/software that you install.
First of all try to find out that pop-up result and then un-install or install it properly and see whether it happen again.

That blinking underscore is the way in which the laptop's BIOS is telling you that it didn't find any Windows to boot to - it was completely corrupted.
The only thing left to do is to reinstall it.

At first, go to start menu, all programs, accessories, system tools, open System Restore. Restore your system to restore point created before installing The Print Shop. After that, try to install it again.
Otherwise, you can try to install it from different CD, or installation file.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.
