In order for the soap to come out you need to use the pressure washer at low pressure. The injector works on a ventrui system that can only pull chemical at low pressure. Depending on your washer you will either have a black soap nozzle to use or a variable pressure nozzle which you will need to rotate counter clockwise to achieve the lowest pressure possible.

Most likely your "O" rings or seals have gotten hard and are leaking. Sorry I don't know your equipment well enough to tell you how to change them but you can most likely find the info at your manufactures web site.

You will need to adjust the pressure to low pressure by adjusting the lance. This way the machine will draw chemical at low pressure.

add some oil to the hydrailic pump it may be low.
