Question about HP DeskJet 3535 InkJet Printer
Hi.. my name's bibia i have deskjet 3535 for 2 years, after my bro's hp deskjet 690c broke down for its cartridge (the price of a new cartridge equals my deskjet 3535 that time) the problem's: i can no longer printed as 2 pages on the both sides of a paper, or i think we all say it manual duplex (or half duplex?) i can't afford a new printer that has it function on it printer assistant (or printing setting). my friend's printer (hp deskjet 39xx) has that (the manual duplex thing). can u tell me how do i manage to make mine has that function too..? i wanna print many e-book. n i don't wanna spending much money on print papers. i told u, i couldn't afford much money. pls.. it's an urgent for me.. i tried googling.. but dunno where to find it.. i really2 appreciate whoever have the solution. (n pls, don't say i have to replace my printer) thx a lot.. p.s.: sorry for my bad english, i'm indonesian.
I used to have some free software that did this years ago, however I cannot remember the name of it. Although I just did a quick search on google and came up with 'fineprint'. Fineprint does do what you want but its NOT free. However there is free trial version here: http://www.fineprint.com/

Note The information in the Properties dialog box varies depending upon the manufacturer of the printer you're using. With some printers, you will see a Layout tab with a Print on both sides option on it. With other printers, you might see a Features tab, and the duplex option might be called something like Two-sided printing. Explore the various tabs in the Properties dialog box until you locate the duplex printing option.
The options will be called something like Long edge (or Flip on long edge) and Short edge (or Flip on short edge). Whether it's better for the paper to be flipped on the short edge or the long edge depends upon the type of publication you're printing. You might need to print a test publication or two to discover which option works best.
