Hi,

This seems to be Printer failure error. The best you can expect the printer to work is with the steps below.

Remove all the cartridges from the printer. Wipe the electrical ( tiny golden contacts ) with Lint free cloth. Disconnect the power cord from back of printer and while holding the power and cancel button - connect the cord. Release the buttons after 2-3 seconds.

It should prompt you to install cartridges. Hope everything goes smooth, if not it could be hardware related issue. You can also contact HP on 1-800-474-6836 for further information.

Solution for error 0x61011beb other then turn off and on agian: something thAT WOULD REALLY HELP!!!

Most likely there is something stuck in the priner somewhere. Try removing side panels and see if there is anything. I have a video with HP 6500A model. It is a bit different deifferent from 6600 and 6700 printers, but may be helpful to guide you in the right direction.

I just bought yesterday an HP photosmart c310 and it doesn't work keep geting a general error message 0x61011beb- what do I do?

Re-apply power - unplug it, check for any shipping tape inside the printer (read the installation instructions) and plug it back in.
