Question about Logitech Harmony 659 LCD Remote Control

1 Answer

Harmony 659 Our harmony remote just stopped working. We replaced the batteries and still nothing, no lights, no screen display.... Any idea what could have happened or how we could fix it? We have only had the remote in use for about a year.

LCD Display is broken on my harmony SST-659

I wish there was a low cost solution to your broken display. However, the cost to repair will run more than a new remote.
I would recomend the Harmony 510 for a replacement.

Are there any updates for 659 remote control

Hi. I am not sure what you mean by updates. Do you mean are there any newer models of remote that can replace your Harmony 659?

If that is your question, then yes there is! Logitech has just annouced two brand new models of Harmony remote. The Harmony 600 and Harmony 650, which are available in North America on April 1st 2010.

Hope that answers your question!

Harmony 659 erroe measage

Call Harmony support. I have the same thing with Harmony 670 and they said it is a hardware error. No fix that I have been able to find. If it is under warranty they will replace it. If not, I don't know what it would cost to repair.
