Question about Compaq Armada M700 Notebook
I can tell you what caused your problem but i haven't figured out how to fix this. well you laptop thought that it was on AC power when in reality it was on battery power so when you plug in the ac it went dead no when to try to boot up you get those lights. i really wish i knew how to fix it but i know its a motherboard problem that started out from bad software settings.

Seems your laptop has been sufferd a lot by the power. i just suggested you to have your mother board check.I think there should be something wrong with your mother board. By the way, did you try powering on it without the battery? If not, you should have a try on that.

I did try powering without the battery, and that didn't work either. I'll try and get a look at the motherboard.
