When we recording a video there is no fuction of ZOOM
That is correct. You can zoom in and out before starting the movie, but you cannot zoom while recording. See page 18 of the Cyber-shot handbook.

You will find that many Compact Digital Camera (especially older series such as your camera) can't zoom while recording a video.
In most cases you may be able to zoom in or out before recording but not while recording.
I've had the same thing on all my Pentax Compact cameras.
I have switched to Olympus for my latest one and I can zoom while recording videos.
I checked the instruction manual for your camera and they barely mention the video functionality so I don't think you can do much with it when filming.

You can't. The DSC-W55 does not allow zooming while recording a video. See the second bulleted item under "Using the zoom" on page 15 of the manual.
