Merry Christmas Leo! Just got a GoGear for my son and my daughter. I used the bundled application to convert a DIVX AVI file to the Philips GoGear format. Then just open the Windows Explorer, locate the Video folder on the Philips (which should show up as removable drive). Then copy the file over as you would any other data file.
you need to put the cd in and then you need to wait for some type of loading process and when its done loading you go to the start button on the main menu and then go to the box that says my computer and the picture or the name of the disk will be there and click on it then it will load then it will begin to play or do whatever it does
That software only works with the non-Rhapsody versions, hence the error message.
You can call technical support and they can walk you thru the fix. Its too much to type.
