I did not purchase my phone from cingular so if I have a question or problem they automatically tell me or the phone is defective or they can't help me. I get an error message " //device.home400:Page cannot be found." My service provider is cingular. Any suggestions? Thanks

It's possible to unlock your Motorola L6 phone. I recommend one online website called http://www.prounlocking.com/motorola-l6/rs8wp9/ . You can get the unlock code from this website. After unlocking you can use any other gsm Sim cards.
sell the phone on e-bay and purchase a cingular phone. only t-mobile and cingular can be unlocked. alltell phone work on a differnet frequency and cannot be compatible with these carriers like yours. sorry.
your best bet is to take it to a local cell shop thats what i did they can unlock it it took one week for the guy in the mall where i live to find someone to unlock it and switch service but it saved me the trouble and in the long run it was cheaper for me because he had to drive back and forth to houston 3 x to get it done...
