Check if the water container has leak, a small hole on drain tubing will gonna leak water on it, hence no ice will be make. Make sure also that there is always water in the container. Double check it okay. Good luck.
on a N95 fill the water container and take it off the machine if it leaks its just the red seal on the botton but if thats not it put the water container back on full of water,let it sit for a bit,it wil leak out the front or side it will be the dark grey seal in the base were the outlet of the water container sits in, I found this with vmine anyway,it was hard to see it leaking but was a pain in the but!! i will talk to Delonghi or pull the seal out and match one the same Ant
Please check the water container for leaks. Normally, it does not leak, since the water is supposed to evapo- rate due to compressor heat. The water that the aircon produces goes to a containing pond near the compressor. So that if there is a leak, it emanate from this area. May this tip help you.

The air conditioner have water runs into the plastic container and when the container is full of water the weight will switch off the whole unit until you empty this container.
The tube that deliever the water into this plastic container blocked up with dirt that stop the water runs into the container and overfill the condenser drain pan that water runs all over the floor. Clean this condenser pan outlet and the connecting tube then you will be ok.

is it the water container that leaking the best thing to do is open it maybe is a loose pipe or dry pipe connected to water container and if it the water container use 5 or 1minute epoxy cheers
