Hi there. I managed to find an excellent resource that should help you solve your problem. Try the suggestions given here http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/forums/inkjet/24337 i would start with "holding both paper and ink buttons then powering on untill the paper light flashes and then holding the ink button for 10 secs" Let me know if this helped. D.

2 red lights are blinking!!!!!

is both the light blink the same time or blink alternate ? if blink the same time, it's probably a fatal error..
if blink alternately then the waste ink counter need to be reset and the waste ink pad need to be replaced.

Epson stylus 2100 not running on Mac: all the lights flashing, printing will not work?

epson does not make a 2100 model, please recheck,

but accoding to a 2200 model,

if all blink but the power, its a cutter position sensor
if all blink at high speed except power, its a fatal error
if paper blinks and then the inks blink, alternately, then its a maintenance error, and the pads need replacing as printer needs to be reset.
