WE CANNOT TAKE PICTURE. WE READ THE MANUAL AND STILL COULDN'T DO IT. WE HAVE HAD 6 DIFFERENT GROWN-UPS TRY TO GET A PICTURE, BUT NO GO. I BET WE HAVE CHANGED THE "CODES" AND WE ARE NOT IN THE PICTURE TAKING MODE. I HAVE NEW BATTERIES CHARGING IN THE CAMERA NOW AND IT IS SITTING ON ITS DOCK. SOMETIMES I CAN GET A PICTURE ON THE SCREEN, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW I GOT THERE. CAN YOU ALL HELP US? I FOUND OUT I CAN TAKE IT TO K-MART FOR HIM TO HELP, BUT REALLY WOULD BE INTERESTED TO GET HELP ON-LINE (WITHOUT LEAVING HOME). THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

I tried what you suggested. I took it off the charger and turned it to the icon above the off. All i had was a blank screen.
I replaced the camera on the part again and it showed Tagged Points(in a yellow bar). Below that in a white bar it said Print Tagged Pics. Below that in the blue background it said Review Tagged Pics.
Below that was the word Exit.
After about 2 minutes the screen went black and the green light next to the viewer started to flash (or may have been flashing all along).
What else can I do?
