Look for the package your sim came in The pin and put are written there.
If u can't find it then u need to replace your sim

hi friend the only way to resolve your problem is goto to your network provider because they are the one responsible of your PUK code,some of the provider give the PUK code to there subscribers,it is included in the simpack package....

IF THE PHONE CAME BUNDLED WITH THE SIM THEN IT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER SIM THAN AIRCEL, THAT MEANS TO SAY THE PHONE IS LOCKED.THE BEST WAY TO UNLOCK THE PHONE IS TO GET IT FLASHED BY A PHONE MECHANIC.
