Try a different flour. Make sure it is a Strong bread flour suitable for Bread machines. perhaps your packet of yeast is stale.

That sub component consists of a sealed bearing and seals that are spot welded onto the bottom of the pan. Unfortunately you can not purchase this assembly separately. Sorry Hank

personnally, i would take back to the store and DEMAND refund or replacement of defective equipment, tell them you do not care whats wrong with it, you bought new you expect to not have to fix anything before you use it. if no action call better biz bereau

It can't be repaired. If machine is under warranty try to get a new bread pan. If not, try calling manufacturer to see if you can buy a new one.

Where can I get replacement parts for the BBCC-15? My keeper clip underneath the baking pan came off and is lost. It holds the wing clip that drives the kneeding blade in the pan.
