My daughter locked her zeepad 7.0 android tablet after too many attempts. with and without wifi the gmail information it is asking for is telling me it is wrong. even though i can log onto my gmail account with the same information. I have tried holding the power and the volume buttons at the same time to complete a so called reset but it doesnt give me the window everyone is telling me its gonna give me.. how do i unlock this tablet???

SOURCE: my 7.0 zeepad tablet got locked and then asked for my gmail account and when I put it in, it said "invalid username or password." any answers??

If it's invalid, it's more than likely you got your google account wrong, check on your computer and if it still doesn't work try to reset your password, or simply start a new google account.

This may be a firmware problem. I had this problem. Download a android firmware app. Actually it's called android firmware and updates app and it's free. I don't think these cheaper tablets update as they should, that causes them to not connect to the internet. Why? I don't know. It drove me crazy. I tried everything. My daughter figured it out after messing with the tablet for months.
