Paper Pick up Rollers get dirty or worn out with the passage of time.
Hence, require cleaning or replacement if worn out. In case you find
them dirty use
a soft, dry, lint free cloth to clean the rollers. Dont use chemicals
as they may damage the rubber and plastic. However, if needed, you can
use damp cloth or some cleaning liquid such as mild detergent of glass cleaner to damp the cloth. As you have posted your question under Panasonic KX-FL511 is would highlight the steps for it. Im Using a similar model KX-FL612
After lifting the top cover, you have to pull down the under part of it down to locate the rollers
Lift the top Cover, Locate the roller and clean them.. Hope it helps! Good Luck! CreativeTECH

You need to go and order the bottle called "roller rejuvination solution) from the website fixyourownprinter.com.
Cost under $20.00 and all you need to do is dab a qtip some of the solution and spread the solution from the qtip onto all the roller pin paper pickups.
Wait 10 minutes for it to dry and then test the fax again. It will now pick up single sheets afterwards.
Your document feed is separate from your received and report prints so that's why your reports are printing ok and the document feeder jams. When you open up the doc feeder and look inside the machine you will see a roller and above it on the cover that opens you will see a rubber pad. Clean both the roller and pad (in fact anything in there that is rubber) with a rubber cleaner, alcohol, or even soap and water on a cloth without it been dripping wet. You will probablt find that they are very dirty. The roller feeds the document in so that needs to be clean and the pad helps to keep all the other docs from feeding in at the same time and that should be very clean so it produces good friction.
One of two things is happening ok maybe three. If the machine thinks the size of the paper is not what u are using this could happen. Try: http://pdf.textfiles.com/manuals/FAXMACHINES/Panasonic%20KX-FL511%20Laser%20Fax%20Machine.pdf
For any adjustment you could make.
The second is the paper is getting picked up a little late. The machine knows it did not print the entire page and finishes the job. Try cleaning the pick op roller.
The third is the page being sent to you is to long. This would likely be from one location only. There machine could be slipping when scanning and "extending" the page it is trying to send.
Hope this helps
1-use fresh papers and fan it . 2-clean paper feed roller carefully. 3-confirm that no foregin object droped inside.(pins etc..) 4-confirm that gear train working propably and there is no broken gear.
