Question about Singer CE-200 Quantum Futura Computerized Sewing Machine
@ molly molly
I think you problem is a different one. When you used your own design, I assume it was an embroidery file not digitized or made with the Futura software. In this case keep in mind that the Futura machine can only accept a limited number of stitches (about 5000) when the design is transferred from the computer to the machine. Try dividing the design into several blocks with no more than about 5000 stitches and send them to the machine sequentially.
I hope this helps!

Hi keenkitten...your vote indicates that your issue has not been resolved, and I would still like to work with you until your issue is resolved but more communication is needed.
Because I don't have any specifics on what/why you haven't achieved a resolution, I will share what I have interpreted from your original post. 1) You have a CE200 embroidery machine. 2) Combinations of your Machine and patterns have a history of success. However, currently, this history is now corrupt. 3) Coinciding with the development of this flaw, you also began receiving a message of "CD-Cops v1.11 #4904", and instructs you to connect to the internet. 4) The CE200 is not able to connect to the internet due to it's physical location. Please correct me by updating your post if I have any errors or misuderstandings.
Now I will share what I have assumed out of neccessity in order to form my original post. 1) You have access to a computer with internet access. 2) On a computer, you have installed the Singer Digitizing Software that is included with the CE200. 3) You have read your Owners Manual, and perhaps practiced digitizing your own designs on the computer, and during this learn/play process, became knowledgeble in the mechanics of transferring the information from a computer, to your CE200. And to accomplish my original post, you would first open your Singer Software, Select WebHelp, and once your default browser was automatically opened, you would click on the URL that I provided. If any of these assumptions are incorrect, please correct me by updating your post with specifics, and I will do all that I am able, so that you regain your productivity and enjoyment of your Machine.
Hi keenkitten....Could you please update your post with more details, and try to be as specific as possible. I'm having difficulty understanding exactly what you mean by "not installed". Did you click the appropriate file to physically install it into your Root Directory on your Computer? I do understand that you are able to access and use the software, however, unless properly installed into your Root Directory, we will be unable to update your Embroidery/Sewing Machine.

It probably needs to update with the Singers program, it might have a deleted memory file or something so you really need to find somewhere you can possibly get online. Sorry
