Why cant I recieve Multi-media messaging?????

Hi, it keeps saying network failed everytime i try and download a picture message that has been sent to me. I've never dowloaded a picture message before, please help!

i have a problem similar to this, however i click 'download' and it stays saying 'downloading'. i have downloaded pics and vids before and im pretty certain that my plan didnt change. help please!

You need to call your service provider in most cases and tell them you want this service, it costs additional money for pictures and texts.

Can't send or recieve MMS on Net10

With net10 it tells you clear as day on the step by step activation process on the web page that net10 does not support multi media messages. You will need to download a third party messaging app to send and recieve or use the email app.

I cant send or recieve pictures. it says the picture cant be sent or downloaded..

First of all, definitely your internet must be turned on and you need to activate GPRS or 3G services from your network provider to receive picture messages. If the service is activated then you do not have the settings for those services on your mobile. Call your service provider and ask them to send the service settings on your cellphone. Once the settings are installed, you have restart your phone.

Hello Goodmorning!! i have an issue i cannot send picture or video messages, its saying "message delivery failed!" But I can recieve picture messages!! I just bought this phone online on ebay...

you need to set up MMS (Multi media settings) either contact your net work supplier who normally text them to you. If not you can set it up namually Go to settings,MMS settings and fill the settings these can be obtained from WWW.filesaveas.com-index.html for all major networks

It will not sent or recieve pictures, it just says

AT&T has a block they can put on texting, but they also have a block they can put on Multi Media messages. If text comes through, but not picture messages, chances are the phone number has that multimedia block on. Call them and ask them to check and see if your line has "multimedia restrictions" then they will look for that, and they can probably take that block off for you. They don't always check that one, sometimes you have to know more than they do..

My LG Voyager won't recieve or send pictures, videos, or sounds.

i would contact your service provider. this is a network issue and not your phone.

Cant send or receive picture messages from Samsung J700 phone

when i try to send pictures on my samsung the picture goes into the out box and give me a message unknown subcriber same happens when i try to retrieve pictures messsages

Everytime i get sent a picture in a text, but when i try to open it, the phone says unknown subscriber and will not let me open any of the MMS texts i recieve.

Ring your network they will send you a code which you can save and it will allow you to recieve mms picture messages.
