How to change boot order dx4200-ub001a?

To change the boot order, you will want to go into your BIOS. From the HP.com website it shows the following below to enter the BIOS:

BIOS Setup Utility Information and Menu Options

  1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
  2. Turn on the computer and immediately press the F10 key repeatedly until a BIOS Setup screen opens. If nothing happens, press the F1 key repeatedly.
Use the arrow keys to move through the options (Note the commands key list in the lower right of the link I provided to HP.com) You will likely need to enter the advanced area to change your boot order.
