If this is from installing SmileBox from Hallmark.com, here's how I fixed my error 7759...
Uninstall SmileBox and Restart Windows [I have Win7 64-bit Home Premium].
Clean the Windows Registry [I used Norton Security Suite 4.4] and Restart Windows.
Go to SmileBox.com to directly download and install THEIR version, then Restart Windows.
My SmileBox started working without errors after the above fix, but I wasn't able to use Hallmark.com's "Personalize in Smilebox" link. This was more of an inconvenience than a real problem for me, because I was able to launch my SmileBox app and personalize the same ecard -- which now got pulled directly from SmileBox.com.
