You can also take Benadryl (Diphenhydramine), but it WILL cause drowsiness. You might also talk to your doctor about nasal sprays for allergies. Another method of treating allergies is a sinus wash with a Neti pot. It is a great alternative to medications or used in conjunction with them. There are several options available under the NeilMed brand.

I have pretty bad seasonal allergies and fly for a living (they don't go together very well).
