I was taking alot of pictures and then put my phone on the usb cord that connects it to the computer because my battery was low. A little while later, i took it off and tried to take another picture and ever since then when i try to take a picture it says, "picture capture failed" and if i try to take a video it tells me,"system error". i tried deleting photos off of my phone thinking that i had too many pictures and not enough memory, but no matter what the same message continues to pop up. Can anyone explain how this might have happened and how i can fix it? THANK YOU!!
My piece of **** did the same thing!!! Go to settings and do a master reset. When asked for a code, put in 000000 that will fix you up! After that though, the phone will start shutting down for no good reason, and give you a white screen! Good luck

hello, all you need to do is just to get a USB CORD that will help you transfer your datas through the usb synchronization. You move all the marked pictures on your mobile phone to the system through the USB CORD,once you connect the USB CORD you will see it immediately on your system, then you click on your mobile phone folder on the system this will enable you to view all pictures you want to save on the system then you create a folder on the system and all you do is just to save it. After you have done this you will authomatically have your pictures saved. Thanks for using fixya, Take care.
When you bought the Voyager, you should have gotten a USB cable to connect the Voyager to a computer. If not, you'll need to purchase one. NOTE: the USB cable needed has a standard USB connector on one end, but the other connector has to fit the Voyager (same place the charger plugs in at). Verizon sells the USB cords for the Voyager.
Your other choice is to get a MicroSD memory card, put it in the Voyager (place on the side to insert it), then put your music on pictures on the card, then take out the card and put it in your computers memory card reader, if it has one.
Alright I got the same phone and i figured out the problem.. you got to save the picture's to your sd card, then connect your phone to your computer/laptop with the usb and options will pop up saying "import picture's" then just click it and it will import the picture's.
the w376g phone will only let you download pictures in an email through the phones browser, the usb has been disabled for that function and also the bluetooth function will not connect to a computer as well, only handsfree setups.
i don't know whether iam giving u the right suggestion!!!!! let me give a practical situation that i encountered, i have china mobile which acts a camcorder when i plug it in to the computer using usb cable... initially i couldn't take video or capture picture from my phone but when i tried on other system it started working....to my surprise i could take video, capture pictures when i started using a software called Skype(used for chating, calling online).
i) it mightbe problem with our operating system, so try downloading some usb video or picture recording software...
ii) try using SKYPE to just make sure that ur phone is in state of taking video or pictures, while using skype......go to Tools---->Options---->Video Settings---->if ur phone is working properly a video appears, from there u can take snapshots using a button just below(explore)
iii) try connecting in system which has a licensed operating system, in which usb video recording device is not corrupted....
i hope that i did solve ur problem, if you need any further clarifications you can ping me....
check there is an option in the phone for usb connectivity, or you have got the cd with the phone install it, or the simpler thing is take out the memory card out of the phone put it in a card reader and connect it to the computer
Alot of cameras have USB cords to transfer pictures to your computer. If yours doesn't (or didn't come with one) you can take out the memory card and put it in your computer. If your computer doesn't have a memory stick slot, take it to a computer store and ask them for a addapter.
