Its usually default 0000 but if you have tried that then you need to call hour service provider. The PUK code is actually on the sim not the phone. I have had to do this for several customer who thought they were locking there phone security but actually locked the sim. I am assuming since you have a NEON your provider is AT&T. They will help you and worse case scenario they will give you new sim card free of charge. P.S. go to a retail store because tjhird party stores I.E. Walmart will charge you $25b for a new sim.

What lock is prevailing on the sim? Is it PUK or PIn or anythong else

very easy just put this code without card sim *2767*3855# and the code being 00000000 if ur problem not solved just put this code to reset eprom network *2767*2878#

Contact ur Cell provider and tell ur sim number and they give ur PUK code....don't try three more time ur sim will be permenantly locked

no there is no any master password for mmc.
you need to bye a mmc eraser from electronic mkt to format your mmc or u can go to cell phone repair shop to get formatted (note: you can not retrive you data from lockd mmc)

I would honestly say call the manufacturer of the phone to help you unlock it. Is it locked meaning a security code is needed? do you still have contact with whom you purchased it from? As a tmobile worker sometimes our troubleshooting flows adv the customers to exchange and or contact the company that makes the phone for assistance.
