It will be very difficult to get a universal remote control for this set. You have to contact the authorized service center for Bush at your town, to buy a new original remote control.

To find the codes for the sky boxes you will need to look at the user guide/manual that came with the remote control. Go to Sky's website for the remote codes. select version 8 for all new Sky + HD remotes

Try resetting it by this method,it might work
To perform a RESET press [TV] and then hold [select] and [red button] together for around two seconds (until the red light blinks twice). Now press 999 (red light blinks once for a long time and then twice quickly).

Press tv on sky remote then press help ,channel list appears . goto tv set use onset channel change button to scroll to hd channel .press volume up button onset to select.
