Question about Packard Bell iMedia 6826 (P481000502) PC Desktop
This is about burning music using my computer. i have just brought a new pack of blank CD's, i am trying to burn music onto them using windows media player. it tells me the CD is blank and when i press start burn a window pops up saying insert a blank CD, when my CD is still in the drive ?
Its a common problem with CDs. Check that your CD drive can PLAY CDs. If so either the CD drives optical head is dirty or your CD pack are low quality. CDs damage real easy. Try putting another CD, another brand or you must use CD doctor-something like that. Did that help
