How can i format sony ericsson k800i hi..my K8001 is stuck...i get only white screen wen i restart the phone...please...

I had same problem with mine! It is the software that has crashed and requires a full software reimage. You will need to take to a repairers who can connect to computer and reload fresh image. I am in uk and mine cost about £30.

White Screen Of Death. Quite common on Sony Ericsson phones. My K800i does it every time its battery shuts off while it's on (so I try to make sure it doesn't). Hello I turned my K800i moble phone off before going to bed, when switching on again in the moring the screen was just a very bright white colour, have not been able to use since, please can you help :O)
