Hello,
There are as you can imagine many possible causes for you no ice condition. I will give you the most common problem for the year model you have. I hope this helps you.
You will need to remove the ice maker from the freezer compartment to check it. Once it is repaired if the following information does help, and you reinstall the ice maker, it should go through a cycle automatically within an hour of your reinstalling it in the freezer compartment.
Once you have the ice maker out of the freezer compartment you will need to remove the white cover on the end of the ice maker and look at the center of the large white gear. If the part inside the hole in the center of the gear is broken or looks twisted, you will need to replaced the module. The module is the part that has the large white gear and is held in the ice maker by 3 phillips head screws. It only comes as an assembly. You can't get just the little broken piece.

Hi, The first thing to check is the inlet tube going through the back wall. Make sure it isn't plugged with ice. If the inlet is open, you can remove the front cover on the ice maker and locate the to holes marked M an N. Use an insulated wire and strip off about 1" on the ends. Insert the wire ends into these hole and see if the white gear on the ice maker head starts to turn. Let it advance through the cycle and see if you can hear the inlet valve hum when calling fpr water. If water enters the icemaker, you will need to replace the head modual board or the whole ice maker. There is not much difference in cast.
I hope this helps you. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

This problem is most likely the water control valve on rear of refrigerator. If your ice maker is empty pour tap water inside it and let it freeze. If it dumps the ice then the water control valve. If nothing happens the the thermostat inside the ice maker is defective. Thanks, Sea Breeze
