Your board is actaully listed as a model K8mm-V on the MSI website. Here is a link to the MSI page with the correct drivers for your board. These will work for Version 1 or 2 boards:

Go to:

MS-6787 Drivers

Choose which version of MB you have. (L or V) Click on the Driver link for the appropriate one.

Some may be the same, but select the correct one to be sure.

mother board drivers include sound,video drivers..try to find them indivialy,
for MSI ver1.1,realtek audio will work.try tat..this vl nt solve whole ur problm bt i gave what i know..
