My pristine records skip like they're scratched, I have a brand new needle that was more expensive than the usual and the tone-arm doesn't return when the record's over also I can't read the measurement lines on the adjustment dial even if I new how to calibrate it

The only thing I can say is to make sure you set up your cartridges correctly - click HERE FOR INSTRUCTIONS on BALANCING YOUR TONEARM properly.
If, you've balanced your tonearm, and set up your cartridges correctly, then you should not have any problems. Unless, your tonearms are damaged. But this is highly unlikely. I just think you need to balance properly.
Another note, Ortofon Concorde have a design flaw, in that they don't connect very well to the Technics tonearm. The Concorde's, have short and stubby connections on the rear, making for poor connections to the tonearm. Ortofon has addressed this issue by releasing the Ortofon OM series cartridges, and mount them to standard Technics Headshell.
If you still can't figure this out, feel free to give our techs a call 24/7 @ 1.866.668.1596 ext 1 - they can walk you through setting up, and properly testing your tonearm to see if it's damaged or not.

The issue is with your tonearm, and not your tracking. You probably have slight damage to the tonearm bearings, which will cause this. There are 2 options... you can try to adjust the pivoting screw at the top of the tonearm ... However, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS, because once you mess with this screw, it's EXTREMELY difficult to get it back to the correct setting, as this screw is machine calibrated at the factory. So, we only recommend this when you have no other choice, or it's an emergency (the middle of a set).
You can view a video on how to do this, by going here - http://djprolab.com
Eventually, your going to have to have your Technics Tonearm replaced. This should be done by a professional, as it is not an easy replacement.

is the weight set correctly? also the anti skating can be set the same as the weight dial is set, also you may want to adjust the height of the arm, which you do by turning the big black dial on base of the arm(which you may have to unlock, with the little arm type knob),to much fluff in the groove will cause arm to skid across the tracks.

The anti skate adjustment. And if you scratch @ all....move the weight all the way in and take off the little extra one that screws in on the back. Also a great tracking needle is a M44G.

Try moving the arm up to the end of the vinyl, if it does go till the end of the vinyl then try adjusting your counter weights, a penny will do, if it doesn't go till the end of your vinyl then there's a mechanical problem check any obstruction at the botton of your arm.
