I am blue screen problem in my acer extensa 4620 laptop.

I have same problem

it boots Windows Vista ok then Blue screen appears. says " dump memory to prevent damage" and then restarts again.
it started after trying to clean a spyware & computer frozed. I turned it off.
any other solution besides RAM? I can not believe it's RAM cause it's only 1 year old computer.

The Blue Dump or Blue screen problem is related with RAM.
1. Try by Cleaning the RAM and RAM slot
2. Try changing RAM
3. Also try changing HDD cable

So i removed the memory cards put one in at a time and my acer extensa 4620 is still going to the blue screen it is giving me error codes oxoooooo4e,oxoooooo8d, oxooo8ef07, pfn_list_corrupt, should i take...

this is a memory error.
Google " pfn_list_corrupt " and there is lots of advice there, but it looks like your new memory is faulty/not compatable
