How do i calibrate the meters on my galaxy saturn base radio?

First of all this radio is not a cb radio although you can get the cb frequencies on it. Secondly if you don't know then maybe you adjust it . Thirdly, you need to be certified to do do what you intend on doing to that radio or have a tech present while you do the work. You need a service manual that tells you which variables to adjust and how much to adjust them .

Have you tried another mic. First guess microphone wire broke or broke solder for audio wire in mic jack at mic cord.

the problem you now have is probably going to cost you more money to fix than the radio is worth. Could be a quick simple fix or you could be at it for hours trying to fix it. you will need a scope, frequency counter,watt meter, modulation meter, signal generator, volt meter,distortion meter,and a service manual from

Where do you adjust the signal meter ? the meter works but signals are real low.

I'm not sure that is what you want to do. It seems like you are really asking to improve you receive or sensitize it. That may require some specialized equipment and if your thinking of giving it a go you might not like the end results.

My signal meter is lazy, it will not go past 9on the meter,even if they are only out side the house.audio receive is very good. my radio is a ranger rci-2995dx, I can see the vr2 controls the ssb, but cant...

Adj VR1 next to VR2 they are in the center of the main motherboard. VR1 will allow you to adj the S meter in AM mode only.

Could you please tell me what COLORS that i need to put where when wiring a Superstar DM 452 to a Galaxy Saturn base station radio?

Don't worry about colors. look a the mic switch connections. one wire will be a common ground for TX & RX the middle wire would be ground(pin1) the n/c side will be RX pin4 the N/O side will be TX.... the same for the audio element side, one will be ground and the other will be audio pin 2.. this works for any mic and any radio.

pin1 ground pin 2 audio, pin 3 TX, pin4 RX.. standard pin outs cobra / galaxy/connex exports

TX fine no RX mic tested and its fine wx rx is fine ,,cb am : nothing.. even LED signal meter not indicating RX. TX 4 watts full bars on LED modulation report :good and yes I have tested with EXT...

to get this fixed is going to cost you more than the radio is worth. Your decision.

Anyone ever had issue connecting a Nextech wireless Bluetooth 4.1 Headset to a PC? Hi everyone. I have a headset that use to work correctly in the past. I did lose my Bluetooth connection from time to time but pairing it again use to revolve the issue. This time though it did not work and what actually happened is that the pairing seems to work and even shows on the Bluetooth menu that the device is connected, but when I go to the "Playback Device" the device does not appear anymore. So I cannot even enable/disable it nor can I select "connect". I have tried multiple things such as updating various drivers, (including Bluetooth) but still cannot manage to have any sound coming out from my headset or from the mic (it's a headset with a mic) Any help would be welcome as I cannot use it anymore at this time.
