When you launch the game, you are offered the option to select the game language. You can also change the language by following the instructions below:

1. Go to the main menu of the game.
2. At the main menu, select the option "Language" which is displayed on the left hand side.
3. Choose your desired language.
4. Restart the game.

The game will then launch in your specified language.

Language and Keyboard Settings To open the Language and Keyboard settings, from the main menu, select Settings > Language & Keyboard.
Voice Language Sets the language for voice prompts. Text Language Sets all on-screen text to the selected language. NOTE: Changing the text language does not change the language of user-entered data or map data, such as street names. Keyboard Language Enables keyboard languages.

Follow the correct instructions below based on the diagram to change the language of Canon EOS 5D Mark II from Japanese to English;

1.Press the MENU button.Different tabs are displayed on top of the screen as shown below.


2.Turn the Main Dial to select the Setup Tab ( The one with two dots and a spanner) on top of the screen.
3.Under this tab Turn the Quick Control Dial to select [Language] ( the third item from the top ) and press the SET button.

4.To select the desired language use Main Dial or Quick Control Dial (The current setting is indicated in Blue) and Press the SET button.
5.The desired language is set.

go to the main menu click on setting then click onsystem then click onlanguage then click english and mine freezes on me also what ill do is try to cut it off then i put it on the charger then ill go to sleep wake up the next morning and itll be off and unable to turn back on so i plug it up then it starts charging(it only does that to me when the battery is low)and if you turn it back on the screen is gonna pop up with the computer and the plug and it's gonna stay frozen until you plug it up to charge so you change the language and charge it basically.. your welcome i hope my solution helps

follow the directions below and look for the icon of the flags...tap main map screen then preferences (little wrench icon) then use the arrow on the bottom right to page to the language icon...i think its the fourth page ...then select the language you want.

That could be one of two problems: Either the cord of the click wheel has been disconnected from its socket which will be an easy fix and you only have to pay labor, or you may just need a new click wheel which should still be cheap.

Subtitle selection needs turning off.

I have been reading other posts and supposedly the problem with the language screen is that the link inside the ipod for the lock button has come unhooked and needs to be hooked back. I will post the link so you can read about it for yourself. I think this means you have to open up your ipod. Read some of the posts in this website for more info.
