Uninstall it.
Ok so sometimes this IPv4 to IPv6 shim can become a problem and in some cases it does not appear in the list of adapters where you can quickly disable it. Fortunately there is a way to quickly disable the Teredo Tunneling interface using the command line. Open an elevated command window and type the following command:
netsh interface teredo set state disabled

Teredo Tunneling Pseudo Interface cannot connect or start

If this message is in windows, then it is all driver problems. Try going to the intel website and looking up your motherboard, there should be several drivers in multiple categories to download, or one package, get the newest ones and install them all. Intel Driver Update Utility

It does not show as connected. Connect the ISP modem to main uplink port. Then connect pc to any other port. Done! Test it with network cable to pc before trying a wireless device.

Default IP is 192.168.1.1 Use web browser to access. User: Admin Password: password.

There is reset option in the back. Hold it in till it cycles. This will clear all custom settings.

What is ... '' Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface , something to do with IPv6 as part of networking ??

Teredo is an IPv6 transition technology that provides address assignment and host-to-host automatic tunneling for unicast IPv6 traffic when IPv6/IPv4 hosts are located behind one or multiple IPv4 network address translators (NATs). To traverse IPv4 NATs, IPv6 packets are sent as IPv4-based User Datagram Protocol (UDP) messages. This article provides an overview of Teredo—including Teredo addresses and packet structures—and detailed explanations of how communication is initiated between Teredo clients, Teredo host-specific relays, and IPv6-only hosts using the IPv4 Internet, the IPv6 Internet, Teredo servers, and Teredo relays.

Code 10 network adapter

Teredo tunneling is a method of tunneling IPV6 traffic over an IPV4 network.99.9999999% of the networking in the world is IPv4 so why vista would want to change it is beyond me but yet another failing of Vista no wonder it's being replaced this year I just feel sorry for the mugs that have it and are still being sold it!

However back to your problem and a solution t's simple just do the following and you should be OK

To uninstall IPv6 from a computer using the command prompt
1. Open Command Prompt.

2. At the command prompt, type ipv6 uninstall, and then press ENTER.
